Who can play?

Employees and freelancers who already know the rules of chess are welcome. You don’t need to be an expert to join.

Can I join as a freelancer?

Yes! Join individually, and Sophie and Fanni will match you with a teammate.

Do we play as a team or individually?

You play your own games. The points of your team’s two best-scoring players are added together to determine the team score.

Do I need all the player names before requesting places?

No. Start with an estimated number of places for your company. Player names can follow later.

Can complete beginners take part?

You should already know how the pieces move and the rules of the game. Players of different levels are welcome; the evening is not an introductory chess lesson.

Does the website reserve a place?

Submitting the Tally form sends and saves your answers. It is a request, not a confirmed booking. Sophie and Fanni will follow up by email. Choose the company or freelancer form in the registration section.
